Cutting lines are designed and manufactured for mass production of high quality sheets and profiles in expanded polystyrene (EPS).
Their accurate and flexible design allows to optimize productivity of sheet manufacturing for building industry, (flat sheets, tongue and groove sheets, sloped roof sheets), packaging and technical profiles.
Each machine is completely designed according to specific production needs (volume, cycle time e variety etc.). Layouts are defined on the basis of available space and possible connections with existing machines.
Our software allows to easily manage all relevant machine parameters and can be interfaced with databases and existing enterprise management systems.
Mechanical and electrical features comply with the current safety regulations and CE mark.
The cutting lines can be equipped with:
- automatic block feeding
- automatic wire setting
- oscillation of cutting wires
- automatic scrap removal on all sides
- automatic destacking of packs
- automatic packaging of the products
- automatic marking of the products
- robotic palletization of products
Each cutting line is provided with innovative cooling system designed to optimize working speed and avoid wire breaking.
