Colorjet

The COLORJET model is a high-resolution inkjet printing system that enables double-sided box printing in a single pass.

COLORJET represents an ideal solution for companies seeking productivity, high print quality, high-impact visual finishing, and strong brand enhancement directly on the packaging.
It is ideal for producing text, barcodes, logos, and images. 

COLORJET has a standard printing height of 142 mm, but an extended printing area of up to 210 mm or 280 mm can be configured upon request, offering greater flexibility for large-scale logos and graphics.

COLORJET is versatile and adapts to a wide range of formats, with the following supported dimensions:
Length: min. 200 mm | max. 1,200 mm
Width: min. 200 mm | max. 1,000 mm
Height: min. 50 mm | max. 400 mm
Printing height: from 72 mm up to 280 mm

COLORJET can operate at a speed of 30 meters per minute with a resolution of 360 horizontal DPI and 180 vertical DPI. By halving the horizontal resolution, the machine can work at up to 60 meters per minute while also halving ink consumption (with a 150 mm gap between boxes), allowing for the printing of up to 12,500 boxes per day (calculated based on an 8-hour shift).

Based on the customer’s layout, it is possible to run a simulation and provide a quote for the printing cost and the number of prints achievable per 1 liter of ink.
